What to include in a request
Include the purchase email, receipt ID or receipt reference if available, and a short reason so support can identify the transaction and access state.
What happens after approval
Approved refunds revoke the purchased lifetime unlock from the matching email receipt account. Campaign progress remains recorded, but the paid chapters and Custom Sandbox entitlement are removed.
