Sky-Grid uses minimal purchase data to process secure checkout, restore paid access, and keep paid campaign progress recoverable.
Data we collect
Free play can run in the browser without an account. If you buy the Lifetime Unlock, Sky-Grid collects the purchase email you enter, a hashed version of that email, the receipt ID, payment status, product, amount, currency, timestamps, payer email when purchase provider returns it, and the entitlement/progress records needed to restore paid access.
Browser storage may also keep local settings, recent purchase email/order ID, and local campaign progress on your device. Clearing browser storage can remove local-only progress, but paid access and paid campaign progress can be restored with the purchase email plus receipt ID.
How we use it
We use this data to create and verify secure checkout, prevent duplicate or refunded access, restore paid chapters and Custom Sandbox, answer support/refund requests, protect the service from abuse, and keep records required for payment, accounting, chargeback, tax, and legal obligations.
For EEA and UK users, the main legal basis is contract performance for purchase, restore, and paid progress. Security, fraud prevention, diagnostics, and support handling may rely on legitimate interests. Accounting, tax, refund, and chargeback records may be kept where legally required. Optional marketing or non-essential analytics is used only where a separate consent basis is available.
Processors and international transfers
Sky-Grid uses Firebase/Google Cloud for hosting, callable functions, Firestore records, and operational logs. purchase provider processes checkout and may act under its own privacy terms for the payment itself. Non-essential Google Analytics is not loaded by default in the current public pages.
Data may be processed outside your country. Where GDPR or UK GDPR applies, Polenest relies on appropriate transfer safeguards offered by the relevant provider, such as standard contractual clauses or other recognized transfer mechanisms where available.
Your choices and requests
You can request access, correction, deletion, or export of purchase-linked data by contacting support with the purchase email and receipt ID. We may need that receipt pair to verify the request. Deleting purchase-linked records can remove restore ability and may revoke access where the records are required to prove entitlement.
Some payment, tax, refund, abuse-prevention, or chargeback records may be retained for the period required by law or legitimate business need, even after gameplay progress is deleted.
